Actions on the Orders page
Send confirmations, shipping updates, review requests and upsells to selected orders straight from Shopify.
Sends the order confirmation with Confirm / Cancel buttons on WhatsApp. Designed for COD and unpaid orders.
Five Wapify actions on Shopify's own bulk menu. You never have to leave the Orders page to send something.
Automations cover the normal path. These five actions cover everything else: orders placed before you installed Wapify, a customer who needs chasing, a tracking number added late, or a batch you want to confirm right now.
Where to find them
In Shopify: Orders → select one or more orders → the ⋯ (More actions) menu. Wapify's actions appear alongside Shopify's own.
They're separate menu items rather than one combined "Wapify" entry, so you can see at a glance what's available without opening a submenu.
The five actions
Prevent duplicate sends
Every bulk action carries this checkbox, ticked by default. Ticked, orders that already received that message are skipped, and Wapify tells you how many. Unticked, every selected order gets the message — including ones that already had it.
Untick it deliberately, not by habit. Sending the same customer the same confirmation twice is the fastest way to get a WhatsApp number reported.
How manual sends differ from automated ones
- They ignore the configured delay. You asked for it now.
- They ignore quiet hours — same reasoning.
- They still count against your allowance, exactly like automated sends.
- They still respect your plan. An action for an automation your plan doesn't include says "Not included in your current plan".
- They appear in Logs like any other message.
What the dialog tells you before you send
Each action loads the selected orders first and reports anything that would stop the send:
When these are worth using
- Just installed Wapify — confirm the COD orders already sitting in your admin.
- A tracking number was added late — send the shipping update by hand.
- Orders delivered before you installed — collect reviews retroactively.
- A batch of unanswered confirmations — select them all and send the reminder.
- A customer needs a real conversation — open a chat straight from their order.
If these actions don't appear in your ⋯ menu, they may not have been installed with your version of the app. Reinstalling from the App Store, or contacting support, resolves it.
