Which languages does it support?
Arabic and English, for the app and for every message. One switch changes the language of all your automations.
What does the AI actually do?
It labels each chat, suggests the next step and a reply, finds the customer’s order and drafts COD orders from the chat. You decide what gets sent.
Where do message links take customers?
Always to your own online store: product pages, their cart, or their order status. Checkout stays on Shopify.
Does it work outside Egypt?
Yes, with any Shopify store. InstaPay deposits are the only Egypt-only feature.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
