  • Reply suggestions

    Inside an open 24-hour session, Wapify offers one-tap reply chips generated from the live conversation, your catalog, and the customer's recent orders. You approve and send — nothing goes out on its own.

  • Create an order from a chat

    "Create order from chat" reads the conversation and drafts a real order: line items matched against your actual product variants, customer name and phone, a shipping address, and a resolved shipping rate from your real shipping zones. You review and edit before anything is created in Shopify.

  • Order matching, even without a phone

    Instagram and Messenger messages often arrive with no phone number attached. AI adds a second-opinion pass on top of deterministic phone/name matching to suggest which order a conversation belongs to — nudging confidence, never overriding the evidence.
